The separation of church and state, or religion and state, has been clear for endless decades. At the same time the separation of church and workplace, or religion and workplace, has been understood. But spirituality has not been separate from state, and it does not need to be separate from work, workplaces and businesses. The working world is awakening to the fact that spirituality is already present in good workplaces and organizations,  and is the greatest asset of all. All working people can naturally utilize this untapped benefit for personal prosperity and profitable organizations.

Seven Spiritual Practices at Work for Personal and Organizational Well-Being
Business literature is overflowing with tips and techniques for improving job performance. Spiritual conditioning on the job is even more important. There are seven proven spiritual practices that are just as applicable to our working lives (where we spend most of our waking hours) as our personal lives. These seven practices are easy to learn and simple to apply in any work and any workplace. And, most everyone works at something: business and nonprofit employees, management, self-employed, military, students, homemakers, volunteers and others.

Integrating Spirituality with Work and Business for Sustainable Success
At the human level we progressively, formally and informally, learn how to perform our jobs. At the spiritual level we grow through higher levels of consciousness. When these two planes of progress intersect and integrate we move from the material, to the metaphysical, to the mystical, and to the miracles that will happen in our work and careers.   • PowerPoint slides normally are used and handouts are typically provided by the speaker.

Logistics

  • The sponsoring organization provides appropriate facilities for workshops and promotes the speaking events far enough in advance to secure an appropriate number of attendees. The sponsoring organization normally orders, stocks and sells the speakers books, and retains the revenues from book sales. Alternatively, Tom Zender will provide for the sale of his books.

Travel Expenses

  • The speaker’s reasonable travel expenses are normally paid by the sponsoring organization.

Terms & Conditions

  • The speaker and the sponsoring organization will establish a mutual agreement for fees, terms and conditions for a workshop.
