At the same time the separation of church and the workplace, or religion and the workplace, has been understood. But spirituality has not been separate from state, and it does not need to be separate from work and business. The working world is awakening to the fact that spirituality is already present and is the greatest asset of all. Business literature is overflowing with tips and techniques for improving job performance. Spiritual conditioning on the job is equally important. There are seven proven spiritual practices including meditation that are just as applicable to our working lives (where we spend most of our waking hours) as our personal lives. These seven practices are easy to learn and simple to apply in any work and any workplace.
